Welcome to the great capital city of Lizabechai in Bielosia. Many years have passed since a Vision was hosted here, following the country's second ever win in Univision XIII. The last Speedvision that was hosted in the previous year resulted in Bielosia's win with the great Minecraft server 2b2t. Now here we are, with the (supposed) 4th edition of Speedvision.
